Overview This workshop will provide participants with the skills and competencies needed to deliver engaging and compelling workshops. Skills such as identifying market needs, designing and developing effective training programs using engaging instructional methods and resourceful material, delivering and facilitating training programs with power and influence, and designing an evaluation mechanism to ensure the program learning objectives are achieved and that the participants have acquired the skills that enable them to achieve their professional goals.
